On June 2nd, 2008, with the theme of “Renovating the training and improvement for the educational managers and inspectors” a scientific seminar was held by the IEMH. The purpose of this workshop is to improve the quality of training and strength in the training organizations and educational managers. The workshop discusses 5 issues: (1) renovating the content and program, (2) improving methods and trainings, (3) renewing the evaluation methods, (4) renovating the extra-activities, and (5) reforming the service system.
