1- IEMH is the high quality, standarded post-graduate and graduate training one on educational management science. First of all, it is on training educational managers mastering the knowlegde on the management science in general and on the educational management science in separate, having life-long learning methods, having educational managers’s virtue and personality aiming at providing high knowledgeble human resource for the training and education branch.

2. IEMH is the advanced technology and scientific research center. Those researches focus on the management science in general and on the educational management science in separate, and on studying pedagogical and educational science things relating to the learning and teaching practice at pedagogical schools, at secondary schools, at kindergatern schools, and other kinds of training schools, contributing in dealing important things of the national education system.

3- IEMH is the open environment in terms of knowledge, combining training and scientific researching to community serving; having a large relationship in and out of the country; keeping a leading role in the relationship with educational management departments of pedagogical colleges/universities in the South Vietnam; becoming a trusted place of educational management departments of pedagogical colleges, of secondary schools in doing researches on educational management science and pedagogical science in improving professional knowledge, in innovating the educational management learning and teaching methods as well as contents.
