    The College does and develops short training courses (STC) and provides certificates for leaders, managers, officers working at management offices, educational and training offices and other demanded objects. The following courses are:

    1- Kindergarten school managers retraining courses (4 months);

    2- Kindergarten managers retraining courses (4 months);

    3- Secondary school managers retraining courses (4 months);

    4- District/provincial officers retraining courses (4 months);

    5- Managers retraining courses of career teaching and professional school (4 months);

    6- Managers retraining courses of College’s/University’s departments/offices (4 months);

    7- Inspectors retraining courses at the secondary school (3 weeks);

    8- Inspectors retraining courses at the primary school (3 weeks);

    9- Inspectors retraining courses at the kindergarten school (3 weeks);

    10- Document keepers retraining courses of all schools (2 weeks);

    11- Subject heads retraining courses of all secondary schools;

    12- Pedagogical retraining courses at first level;

    13- Pedagogical retraining courses at second level;

    14- University education retraining courses;

    15- Retraining courses on scientific research methods;

    16- Retraining courses on decision making, problem-solving and creative theory methods. (2 weeks);

    17- Retraining courses on account holder, accountant.

* Besides, the College opens some topics and advanced topics to improve knowledge such as:

    - Refreshing program on training and educational strategic plan making and policy developing methods at provincial, district and school level (1 week);

    - Refreshing programs for officers at community learning centers, continuous education center at district/town and provincial level; at foreign language centers, informatics centers;

    + Refreshing programs on government administration and professional knowledge;

    + Refreshing programs on adults teaching methods and topics organization methods;

    + Refreshing programs on methods of compiling school materials.
