The EMTC2 does pay much attention to researches on the educational and management science (EMS) properly. And focusing on the following research topics is:

Developing new training/retraining curriculums basing on the regulated curriculum of the Ministry of Education and Training on training/retraining educational officers;

Compiling documents, teaching notebooks;

Studying solutions on improving educational and management area;

Doing basic investigations on practical situation and on training/retraining demands of educational and management officers in the southern part of Vietnam;
-
Studying forms and methods of doing training/retraining those officers.
All of those above-mentioned topics are done by officers and lecturers of the EMTC 2. Moreover, those lecturers have guided their students do more than 1000 graduated small researches meeting for students’ management in their local office and the EMTC 2’s training/retraining. Many of these researches have obtained good results and put on the EMTC 2’s internal magazine.
