Before the year of 1990s, the College had cooperation with Russia, Germany Democracy Republic to open refreshing courses for Directors and Vice-directors of Provisional Departments in the country; for District Educational Department Heads and Vice-Heads of districts/provinces from Quang Nam – Da Nang to Ca Mau.
Since 1990, the College has had a large relationship with some other countries and international organizations:

The UNESCO of the Pacific Asian Area: The College is an official member of it and being together the UNESCO, it had opened 2 international workshops on computerizing educational management.

The La Troble - Melbourne University and Australian RMIT University on educational management, and had opened 2 workshops on management science and studying on writing a sponsored project.
