1. Objectives: The Provincial Directors’ Club is a volunteer one of all directors, vice- directors of education and training in the southern part of Vietnam with the Educational Managers Training College No.2 (EMTC2). This club was established to help those officers have a good time to exchange knowledge and experience serving for educational management in province/city, for enhancing understanding together and for managers’ spiritual relax as well. And this is also a good chance for them to improve their comprehensive and thorough insight meeting the educational management quality and effectiveness of all managers in province/city.
2. Name: A PROVINCIAL DIRECTORS’ CLUB OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING IN THE SOUTHERN PART OF VIETNAM
3. Main members of this Club: consisting of Provincial Directors, Vice-directors of education and training in the southern part of Vietnam; Rector and Vice-rectors of the EMTC2; and other members. Depending on the topic and content of each time, the Club will have some other guests from the educational and training provincial office, from the EMTC2 and form other related office.
4. The Club:
4.1. Main content of this Club :

Workshop/seminar, or exchanging session on suitable, essential and urgent topics of the education field in local;

Retraining/improving professional management knowledge through such topics (Psychology, education, management science, social science . . .).

Visiting/making a study tour to historical and cultural location of the nation (in local or in abroad), playing sports, singing a song, entertainment, games, . . .
4.2. Annually, this club will be opened from 2 to 4 days in a suitable time and alternatively at a certain provincial office of education and training or at the EMTC2
5. Club’s managers:

Rector of the EMTC2 is the Director of this club, mainly taking care of choosing a suitable topic and content for each time doing this activity after receiving/consulting ideas from provincial directors/vice-directors of education and training.

Director of the provincial office of education and training will be the Vice-director of this Club being on duty in one year in organizing this club’s activity (each provincial office will be on duty in one year – counting from the end of club’s activity of this year to the end of club activity of next year).
6. Finance:

Cost for transportation, accommodation and food/drink of members attending the Club will be paid by their provincial office.

Cost for transportation, accommodation and food/drink of guest and cost for organizing all activities of this club will be paid by the responsible provincial office.

Cost for printing, preparing documents, editing a memorial notebook of the club will be taken care of by the EMTC2.
