The draft of education strategy 2009 – 2020 has set a goal that at least 5 Vietnamese universities would have been ranked in the top 50 universities of ASEAN and 2 universities would have been ranked in the list of 200 leading universities in the world by 2020. The MoET promulgated the 13th draft of Vietnam’s educational development strategy 2009 – 2020. This draft will be launched publicly before getting comments for 2 months.
